About Our Team

Here at Connected Electrical & Air Conditioning, our story began when Bruce Wilks and Norm Townsend founded Wilks & Townsend in Inverell in 1976. Bruce’s son, Mark, would later take over the business after developing a diverse array of electrical experience. We’ve been known by many names over the years—Wilks Electrical, Wilks Inverell and Laser Electrical—but we’ve always been connected to Inverell and the Wilks Family.

Nowadays, Mark has a team of over 40 operating in Tamworth, Inverell and Gloucester. We assist clients with general electrical services, air conditioning installations, data cabling, solar and much more.
